| The following incumbents (list appended) in the cadre of Overseer (Electrical) are promoted to the cadre of Sub Engineer (Electrical) earmarked for Overseer (Electrical) under 10% quota as per Long Term Settlement 2007 and Board Orders read above subject to the conditions enumerated below: 1. The above promotions are ordered in the exigency of service and in public interest. 2. The promotions are purely provisional under rule 31(a) (i) of the KS&SSR 1958 as adopted by the Board. 3. | The following Lineman Grade I (list appended) are promoted to the cadre of Overseer (Electrical). All the promotions will be purely provisional subject to the following conditions. 1. These promotions are against 90% quota earmarked for persons working as Lineman Grade I as per Long Term Settlement 2007. 2. It should be ensured that there are no adverse remarks in the Service Book of the promotees barring their promotion. If any adverse remarks are noticed, such persons should not be relieved and the fact should be reported to this office promptly. 3.
