In partial modification of the Board Order read above, the Board hereby issue the following correction to the last paragraph in the above Board Order as follows:- Having considered the matter in detail, sanction is accorded to the field officers to handover the metering equipments of dismantled HT service to the consumers themselves, as the materials have been procured by the consumers subject to the condition that there are no pending arrears and dispute regarding meter reading, accuracy of meter or metering equipments. All other conditions in the Board Order read above remains unchanged. The Board Order read above stands modified to this extent.
