 Tariff applicable to Cellular Mobile Towers – Implementation of Orders issued by KSERC  | |||
| Board had provided temporary service connection to the Cellular Mobile Towers under LT-III tariff when the required clearances are not produced at the time of service connection. Most of the Cellular Mobile Tower operators filed writ petitions before the Honourable High Court challenging the applicability of LT-III tariff to such consumers. In this connection Board has filed petition TP67/2010 before the Honourable Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission to fix the tariff for the Cellular Mobile tower when the required clearances are not submitted at the time of providing service connection. The Commission in its order dated 07.01.2010 read as 1st paper above ordered that the applicable tariff is LT-VII A and the service connection shall be disconnected after giving notice if the clearances are not produced within three months. |
