| The Board vide B.O read as 1st paper above had accorded sanction to adopt the Government Order G.O.(Rt) No. 791/2010/PWD dated 14.05.2010 regarding the revision of PWD Schedule of rates 2010 for implementation in KSE Board with effect from 16.08.2010. 2. | The process of preparing the Annual Plan for the year 2011-12 started with a conference of Planning Core Committee convened by Chairman, KSEB on 17.09.2010. This was followed by review meetings of Distribution wing held on 18th, 20th and 27th September 2010 and Transmission wing held on 29th September 2010. Based on the discussions in these meetings, it was decided that due consideration shall be given to maintenance and safety in the Annual Plan 2011-12. Specific targets shall be given to each Electrical Sections for certain category of works so as to avoid disparity between Sections in identification of works. | The Planning Core Committee in its meeting on 09.11.2009 constituted a sub-committee for preparing Maintenance Manual for Distribution wing. The Maintenance Manual is to help the field officers in preparing a comprehensive Maintenance Plan to be included in the annual plan. During the Planning Core Committee meeting held on 17.09.2010, the sub-committee entrusted with the job, presented a draft Maintenance Manual for distribution works and was circulated among the planning core committee members for comments.
