| The delegation of powers of officers in KSEBoard were revised in 1997. A Committee was constituted for revising the delegation of powers of Engineers of KSEBoard in view of the unprecedented volume of work in connection with the implementation of Annual Plans. The Committee opined that a multifold revision would be necessary even to offset the inflation level. Also it would have to be retuned to match the new decentralization policies now adopted in the functioning of the Board. The proposal for revising the delegation of powers of Officers of KSEBoard submitted by the Committee constituted for the purpose was placed before the Full Time Members with the remarks of Financial Adviser vide paper read as (1) above. Having examined the proposal in detail, Board hereby accords sanction to revise the delegation of powers of officers of KSEBoard as per the schedule attached to this order. |
