KSEB is functionally organised as three profit centres as follows:
Generation Profit Centre (GPC)
Transmission Profit Centre (TPC)
Distribution Profit Centre (DPC)
Members head the profit centers. There is a Corporate Office to co-ordinate and control the activities of the Board.
